Code No. Fuel Pressure Solenoid Malfunction
Engine
Background
The engine control module checks current flows in the fuel pressure solenoid drive circuit
when the solenoid is on and off.
Check Area
Battery voltage is not lower than 10 V.
Judgement
Solenoid coil surge voltage (system voltage
solenoid is turned on/off.
Check the fuel press
OK
Measure at the fuel pressure solenoid connector
Disconnect the connector and measure at the harness
side.
Voltaae between 1 and
OK: positive voltage
OK
ENGINE (TURBO)
AND
2 V) is not detected when the fuel pressure
(Ignition switch: ON)
