Background
The PCM provides a switched ground path to the solenoid.
This DTC indicates an open or short-circuit condition in the
Range of Check
Battery voltage: or more
Ignition switch: ON
Set Condition
Open or short circuit is detected in the electric EGR transducer solenoid for 3 seconds.
(Refer to GROUP 17 Emission Control System)
Measure at the electric transducer solenoid connector
Disconnect the connector and measure a the harness side.
Voltage between 2 and ground
switch: ON)
Battery positive voltage
Measure at the PCM connector
Disconnect the connector and measure at the harness side.
Voltage between 40 and ground
(Ignition switch: ON)
OK: Battery positive voltage
Check the following
Check trouble svmptom.
