Use a #1 cross-point (Phillips) screwdriver to unscrew the two screws at the back of the media
server that hold the cover in place

Slide the media server cover back from the front panel

Open the bezel on the front of the media server, if necessary, and use a #2 cross-point (Phillips)
screwdriver to unscrew the two screws on the faceplate of the hard drive bracket.
