Replacing The Lamp Power Supply - Christie J Series Service Manual

1. Release the two captive screws.
2. To release the image processor card, pull the clips.
3. Remove the image processor card.
4. To re-install, follow these steps in reverse order.

Replacing the lamp power supply

Complete the following procedure to remove the lamp power supply.
Warning! If not avoided, the following could result in death or serious injury.
• SHOCK HAZARD! Disconnect the product from AC before installing, moving, servicing, cleaning,
removing components, or opening any enclosure.
Estimated time to replace: 11 minutes.
1. Remove the non-lens side cover (on page 38).
2. Remove the non-lens side, top-side cover (on page 38).
3. Remove the three hex screws securing the lamp power supply to the base plate.
4. Slide the power supply out to gain access to the harnesses.
For the 3.0kW model, slightly lift up the power supply and then slide it out.
