9. Place the lamp in a protective case and follow the disposal procedure for your location.
10. Record the serial number of the new lamp module.
11. Align the base plate of the lamp module with the alignment guides in the projector.
12. Slide the lamp module into the projector until resistance increases.
13. Align the lamp between the two lamp alignment blocks within the lamp compartment.
14. Insert the lamp module into the lamp compartment.
Extra force may be needed to make sure the lamp is seated and connected properly.
15. Move the lamp module handle inward and tighten the holding screw.
If the lamp is not seated and connected properly, the handle does not close completely.
16. Close the lamp door.
17. Tighten the lamp door screws.
18. To record the lamp serial number, on the LCD display select Menu > Advanced Setup >
Lamp History.
19. Click Add Lamp.
20. In the Add Lamp dialog, complete the fields.
21. Click Save.
