3. Remove and retain all the screws from the perimeter of the front plate.
• One ground screw (A)
• Two limit switch stop screws (B)
• Eight front plate to middle plate screws (C, four on each side)
4. Remove and retain the two screws securing the connector harness to the large slider plate.
5. Separate the front plate from the rest of the lens mount.
6. Remove the screw (D) securing the spring to the slider plate.
7. Remove the two screws (E) securing the small slider plate to the large slider plate.
8. Remove the lens connector mount.
9. Remove the backing from the Teflon tape.
10. Apply the tape to the large and small slider plates.
