2. Place a lens cap over the end of the lens to protect it from damage.
3. On the top right corner of the lens panel, press and hold the lens release button.
4. Grasp the lens barrel and turn it counter-clockwise until it stops.
The connector assembly moves as you turn the lens.
5. Pull the lens straight out of the lens mount.
6. Attach the rear lens cap to the lens.

Installing the lens on a CT lens mount

Complete the following procedure to install the lens.
Estimated time to replace: 1 minute.
Remove the rear lens cap from the lens. Keep the front lens cap on the lens to protect it during
installation.
1. Remove the rear lens cap from the lens.
2. Line up the lens connector with the lens mount connector at the bottom of the lens mount.
3. Insert the lens into the lens opening.
Make sure the mounts on the lens are lined up with the recessed plates on the lens mount.
4. With the lens fully inserted and connected, turn it clockwise until the lens release button pops
out to indicate the lens is locked in place.

Removing the lens on an ILS lens mount

Complete the following procedure to remove the lens.
Estimated time to replace: 1 minutes.
1. If installed, remove and retain the red security screws from the lens mount.
2. Place a lens cap over the end of the lens to protect it from damage.
3. To unlock the lens, rotate the lens locking lever counterclockwise.
4. Pull the lens straight out of the lens mount.
