7. From the front of the cover, place the screw in the required mounting hole.

8. From the back of the cover, place a steel retaining washer over the screw.

9. Place a screwdriver in the head of the screw.

10. Place a 5/16 socket driver (or similar size) over the back of the screw.

11. To secure the screw, push the screwdriver and socket driver together to pop the retaining

washer over the screw collar.
