5. Attach the rear lens cap to the lens.

Installing the lens on an ILS lens mount

Complete the following procedure to install the lens.
Estimated time to replace: 1 minute.
1. Remove the rear lens cap from the lens. Keep the front lens cap on the lens to protect it during
installation.
2. To open the lens lock, rotate the lens locking lever counter clockwise.
3. Line up the lens connector with the lens mount connector at the bottom of the lens mount.
4. Insert the lens slowly.
Make sure the mounts on the lens are lined up with the recessed plates on the lens mount.
5. Let the magnet pull the lens into place.
6. To lock the lens into place, rotate the lens locking lever clockwise.
7. Tighten the red security screws provided with the lens mount, or hand tighten the lens
retaining screws attached to the lens.
You must install the lens red security screws or the lens retaining screws if the projector is
installed in an elevated position.
8. Remove the front lens cap.
