10. Using the pin removal tool, push in and down slightly on the connector while gently pulling the
wire from the back of the connector.
Do not use force to remove the pin.
11. Remove the wire and terminal from the broken connector and re-insert it into the
corresponding position in the replacement connector.
Before fully inserting the terminal into the replacement connector, ensure that the locking tab
on the terminal is in a bent up position.
12. Continue to replace pins, one at a time until all have been replaced.
Ensure that the pin arrangement on the replacement connector is the same as the broken
connector.
13. To re-attach the connector and install the lens, complete steps 7 to 1.

Replacing the CT lens connector mount

Complete the following procedure to replace the CT lens connector mount.
Estimated time to replace: 25 minutes.
1. Remove the lens mount (on page 88).
2. On the front plate, remove and retain the two screws from the front face.
