12. Unscrew the finger-tight PEEK union from the UNF coupling.
13. Remove the ferrule and PTFE liner sleeve from the capillary.
14. Remove the capillary from the UNF coupling.
15. Dispose of the capillary, PTFE liner sleeve, and ferrule in accordance
with local environmental regulations.
