4 Maintenance Procedures
3. Use the combined 2.5-mm Allen wrench and cone extraction tool to
remove the 3 screws retaining probe end-cover.
4. Remove the end cover and gasket from the probe assembly.
Nebulizer adjuster knob
5. Unscrew and remove the nebulizer adjuster knob.
