SPARK PLUG ANTI-FLOOD

When no failure code occurs and pressing
starter switch repeatedly still can not start the
engine, maybe the spark plug is flood by fuel,
perform the spark plug anti-flood to purge the
fuel in the engine.
Open and hold the throttle fully, pressing
starter switch more than 3~6 seconds
