This process data defines the mode for MDI sets.
Precondition: p2654 > 0
MDI_MODE = xx0x hex –> Absolute
MDI_MODE = xx1x hex –> Relative
MDI_MODE = xx2x hex –> Abs_pos (with modulo offset only)
MDI_MODE = xx3x hex –> Abs_neg (with modulo offset only)
