As necessary, execute the self-diagnostic test for checking the communication function and
hardware of the MES interface module.

If an account is forgotten and therefore connection to the MES interface module cannot be made,
eject the CompactFlash card from the MES interface module, then follow the procedure in the

and subsequent procedure.
