ERROR CODE AND TROUBLESHOOTING
Key consistency error - AES key data used for SRAM encryption are
damaged.
Reboot the equipment.
If it cannot be recovered, reinstall the software in the following procedure.
• Install the OS data.
P.11-7 "11.2.1 Master data / System ROM / Laser ROM / PFC ROM
/ Engine ROM / Scanner ROM / RADF ROM"
• Reinstall the master data and application program.
Key consistency error - Public key data used for Integrity Check are
damaged.
Reboot the equipment.
If it cannot be recovered, reinstall the software in the following procedure.
• Install the OS data.
