* All calculations for the table above are based on a full cylinder of 138 bar (2000 psig), 353 liter "D" cylinder,
and also accounting for cylinder change at 14 bar (200 psig). The figures are calculated on total continuous
flow cylinder conversion factor (2.6 liters per bar and 0.18 liters per psig).
• INOMAX flow = [Desired dose X total ventilator flow] ÷ [Cylinder concentration - desired dose]
• Cylinder volume = Cylinder conversion factor X cylinder pressure (bar/psig)
• Cylinder duration = Cylinder volume ÷ INOMAX flow rate
