Monitor display selection for terminals FM/CA and AM

The monitored statuses can be output as the following items: analog voltage (terminal AM), pulse
train (terminal FM) for the FM-type inverter, analog current (terminal CA) for the CA-type inverter.
The signal (monitored item) to be output to terminal FM/CA and terminal AM can be selected.
