● When Pr. 248="1", the MC1 signal is turned OFF when the protective function is activated due to
any cause.
● When Pr. 248="2", the MC1 signal is turned OFF only when the protective function is activated due
to an error resulted from a failure in the inverter circuit or a wiring error (refer to the following
table). (For the alarm details, refer to page 6-10.)

● To enable the self power management function for the separated converter type, enable the self
power management function also on the converter unit side. To activate the self power manage-
ment function when a converter unit fault occurs, connect the terminal to which Y17 signal of the
converter unit is assigned and the terminal to which X94 signal of the inverter is assigned.

● To use the X94 signal, set "94" in any of Pr. 178 to Pr. 189 (input terminal function selection) to
