Interconnections
1. Instantiate the template from the SIMOCODE pro Library.
2. Assign the input address of the SIMOCODE pro device to the textual interconnection
"Input WORD address of SIMOCODE pro Module (IW x)" for linking the parameters
PZDIn01 (SIMOCODE blocks) / PZDIn1 (FbSwtMMS) with the logical address of the
starter. Input address and Output address should be maintained same while configuring.

Sample Project

Sample Project
A sample project with SIMOCODE pro PCS7 Library V9.0 is provided along with the
installation at the path - \Siemens\Step7\Examples\Simo_Prj.
This sample project serves as an example for how to use the blocks of the Library. The
template Direct is used in the CFC Charts of the sample project as an example for
configuration.
The template is modified in the CFC Charts to access the Byte1 information of the Process
Image input of the configured Simocode device. This is realized by interconnecting the
Process image input value to the input signals of the MonDi08 (Block for the measurement
monitoring of 8 Binary signals) of APL, via a converter block, W_BO.
Note
The Direct template, when used from the templates of the Library will not have the blocks
MonDi08 and W_BO and the respective interconnections.
