Cascading connections for TrueCopy and ShadowImage

The cascading connections for TrueCopy/ShadowImage can be set up by
using three configuration definition files that describe the cascading volume
entity in a configuration definition file on the same instance. The mirror
descriptor of ShadowImage and TrueCopy definitely describe "0" as MU#, and
the mirror descriptor of TrueCopy does not describe "0" as MU#.
