Grant Access Authorization for a Device (BindRemoteDevice, 0x85)
A remote device from the table of authorized devices in the Bluetooth
system is activated for connection establishment. The MAC-ID of the remote
device must have been entered in the table of authorized devices beforehand
(see Appendix 6.3.5.26).
