Troubleshooting

Take Lines Off Shunt

An action has been initiated that
requires the dialyzer supply and
return lines to be off the shunt.
Target Kt/V has been set
The operator has attempted to set the
to min.
Target Kt/V to less than the minimum

Temp DAC Error
The DAC (Digital/Analog conversion)
for the temperature trim function is
outside of its limits.
Temp Over 95 Degrees
Electronic self-test failure.
Temp Sensors
When the temperature trim function

needs to change DAC by > 1 C, the
pre and post sensors are verified
against one another. This message
occurs if the two temperature sensors
are more than 0.5 C different.

This message is displayed on the sign

Warning
To proceed with the selected operation, dialyzer supply and return
lines must be off the shunt. Connect lines to the dialyzer.

The temperature trim function will be disabled until the temperature
sensors are recalibrated.

Turn machine power off and back on. If alarm is not cleared, return
the blood to the patient if alarm occurs during treatment. Take the
machine out of service and alert a qualified service technician.

The temperature trim function will be disabled until the machine is
turned off and back on.
