(M) Monitor display and monitor output signal
CAUTION:
E
● The zero current detection level setting should not be too low, and the zero current detection
time setting not too long. When the output current is low and torque is not generated, the
detection signal may not be output.
● Even when using the zero current detection signal, a safety backup such as an emergency
brake must be provided to prevent hazardous machine or equipment conditions.

Output torque detection

A signal is output when the motor torque is higher than the setting.
This function can be used for electromagnetic brake operation, open signal, etc.

Pr. 864
TU
● The Torque detection (TU) signal turns ON when the output torque reaches the detection torque
value set in Pr. 864 or higher. The TU signal turns OFF when the output torque drops lower than
the detection torque value.
● Pr. 864 is not available under V/F control.
● For the TU signal, set "35 (positive logic) or 135 (negative logic)" in one of Pr. 190 to Pr. 196 (output
terminal function selection) to assign the function to the output terminal.
NOTE
Changing the terminal assignment using Pr. 190 to Pr. 196 (output terminal function selection)
may affect the other functions. Set parameters after confirming the function of each terminal.
