The inverter reads the value in bit
H0001 devices (with consecutive device
numbers) in 1-bit units.
The inverter reads the value in bit
H0001 devices (with consecutive device
numbers) in 16-bit units.
The inverter reads the value in
H0000 word devices (with consecutive
device numbers) in 1-word units.
The inverter writes the value to bit
H0001 devices (with consecutive device
numbers) in 1-bit units.
The inverter writes the value to bit
H0001 devices (with consecutive device
numbers) in 16-bit units.
The inverter writes the value to
H0000 word devices (with consecutive
device numbers) in 1-word units.
The inverter reads the value in the
devices with the specified
numbers. The devices with non-
