To display the RMON statistics table, use the display rmon statistics command.
You can create only one statistics entry for an Ethernet interface.
You can create a maximum number of 200 statistics entries on a device. After the limit is reached,
you cannot add new entries.
You can create RMON statistics entries only for Layer 2 and Layer 3 Ethernet interfaces.

# Create an RMON statistics entry with an index 20 and the owner user1 for FortyGigE 1/0/1.
