Sets DPD mode in the form x, where:
0=Off
1=Local
2= Remote
NOTES:
1) DPD may be enabled only if the optional plug-in hardware CnC card has been installed AND a DPD FAST option is
unlocked.
2) CnC mode must be OFF, and the Tx symbol rate set within the allowable range. See DPD spec for minimum Tx
symbol rate.
3) Maximum Tx symbol rate is determined by constellation type and DPD Mode setting, and/or installed FAST options.
(Read EID to decode the installed options for the modem.)
