EXAMPLE: <0/CST=4 (stores the current configuration in location 4)
1 byte, value of 0 Command only.
thru 9 Retrieves a previously stored modem configuration from Configuration Memory location defined by the one-byte
argument (0 to 9).
EXAMPLE: <0/CLD=4 (loads modem configuration from location 4 to be the active configuration)
