Function
A conditional jump will be executed, depending on the status of a general input.
If n1 (general input number specified) matches n2 (logical value), the program jumps to n3
(jump destination step number).
If they do not match, the program will move to the next line.
If the specified line number is not found in the program, the program will stop.
