This command can be one of the following two types:
1. OUT [, | ] n1 [, | ] n2 (sets the specified general output)
2. OUT [, | ] n3 (sets all general outputs)

Controls general output. Set the values to either 0 (off) or 1 (on) in the order of OUT 6, 5, 4,
3, 2, 1.
