Function
If this command is input during pulse output, the motor will decelerate to a stop according to
the acceleration/deceleration rate set in the T command.
During the execution of a two-axis linear interpolation operation, you must decelerate and
stop one axis at a time.

Apply the <ESC> key or an external S-STOP input to stop a program.
