FAULT FINDING

THE ENGINE HAS NO POWER

1. Lift the wheels off the ground and
turn manually.
The wheels
rotate freely.
2. Check the pressure of the tires.
Pressure normal
3. Accelerate rapidly from the 1TH to the
2TH place.
The rotation of the en-
gine decreases when
decouples the clutch.
4. Accelerate gradually.
The rotation of the
engine increases.
5. Check on the point of ignition.
Correct
6. Try the compression of the cylinder.
Correct
7. Check to see if the carburetor
is obstructed.
Not obstructed
8. Remove and inspect the spark plug.
OK
9. Check the level and the state motor
oil.
Correct
10. Remove the cover of the cylinder head and
inspect the lubrication.

Probable Causes
The wheels not
rotate freely.
•Brake rough •Bearing wheels worn or
damaged. •Drive chain too tight.
Pressure too

•Valve enrichment of start (IS) stuck in the po-

• Module to control the ignition (ICM) with fault. •
Pulse generator power with fault.
Too low
•Valve stuck in the open position. •Cylinder
and rings of the piston worn. •Leakage
from the gasket of the cylinder head. •Synchronisation
incorrect valves.
Obstructed
• Maintenance has not been made in the in-
terval correct.
