CYLINDER HEAD/VALVES
NOTE
Grease applies to the keys to facilitate the installation.
Install the keys in the valves using the special tools in
accordance with the illustration.
Special tool:
Valve compressor
Accessory for valve compressor

To avoid loss of tension not compress the springs more
than was necessary to install the keys.
Hit the shoots of valves gently with two plastic hammers to
settle the keys firmly, in accordance with the illustration.

Support for the cylinder head on media at a higher level
on the bench of work to prevent possible damage to the
valves.
Install a new gasket
Install the insulator and tighten the two bolts.
