FAULT FINDING

UNDER PERFORMANCE AT HIGH ROTATIONS

1. Release the tube of fuel of the
carburetor.
The fuel flowing

2. Check the carburetor with regard to
blockages in the jets
Not obstructed
3. Check the timing of the valves.
Correct
4. Check on the point of ignition.
Correct
5. Check the spring of the valve.

STEERING DEFICIENT

1. The steering is heavy.
2. Swings in the wheels
3. The motorcycle diverted to one side.

Probable Causes
Flow of fuel
restricted.
•Line of fuel obstructed. •Valve fuel obstructed.
•Fuel Filter obstructed. •Relief fuel tank
obstructed.
Blockages
• Maintenance has not been made in the in-
terval correct.
Incorrect
• Incorrect Installation of the workings of distribution.
Incorrect
• Module to control the ignition (ICM) with fault. •
Pulse generator power with fault.
Spring
weak
• Spring of the valve with fault.
Probable Causes
•Nut of the steering column too tight. •Bearing of the
steering column damaged. •Steering column bent.
•Slack excessive of the bearings of the wheels.
•Eccentricity of the rim. •Incorrect Installation of the
body of the wheel bearings •pivot swing arm dam-
aged. •Twisted chassis.
•Buffer with fault. •Wheels front and rear
misaligned. •Fork deformed. •Swing arm
twisting. •Front Axle leaf •twisted chassis.
•Clamp brake rough toward the side.
