• Do not use torch to flame to heat the cylinder
head, because this can cause the twist in the
same. •Be careful not to damage the contact
surfaces of the cylinder head.
Support for the cylinder head and use the special tools to remove the
guides to valve and the rings o their accommodations, from the
side of the combustion chamber of the cylinder head.
Special tool:
Advocate of guides to valve, 5,0 mm
Apply motor oil to the new rings o and install in the new
guides of valve. With the cylinder head hot, use the special tools to
install the new guidelines at the cylinder head, from the side of the
camshafts.
Special tool:
Advocate of guides to valve, 5,0 mm
Let the cylinder head cool to room temperature.
Upgraded the new guides of valve.
Special tool:
Reamer of guides to valve, 5,0 mm
NOTE
•Be careful not to tilt the reamer in the guide while
escaria. On the contrary, the valve installed inclined,
thus causing leaks of oil through the checkpoint oil
stem and inappropriate contact of the seat of the
valve. Thus, it will not be possible to make the rec-
tified the seat of the valve. •Insert the reamer in the
cylinder head on the side of the combustion chamber, always
turning clockwise. •Lubricant applies for blades to the
reamer during this operation.
Clean completely the cylinder head after boring and rectify the
valve seats, to remove the particles of metal.

INSPECTION
Clean completely valves for intake and escape to remove
the deposits of carbon. Apply a hand of Prussian blue in each
contact area of the valve. Using a hose of rubber or a place in
windy, hit the valve against the seat several times, without
turning, to raise a roll clear of transfer of ink and check whether
the contact at the valve with the seat is correct.
