Enter the Diagnostics menu, and then navigate to:
SENSOR TESTS > PRINTER SENSOR TESTS > Paper exit
Does the sensor status change while toggling the sensor?

Does the leading edge of the paper reach the fuser?

Does the leading edge of the paper reach the sensor (fuser exit)?
Step 10
Check the registration roller for wear or damage, and replace if necessary.
