PRINTER SETUP > Reset Engine Service Error
Does the problem remain?

Enter the Diagnostics menu, and then navigate to:
MOTOR TESTS > PRINTER MOTOR TESTS > Transport tray
Does the motor run?

Reseat the transport motor cable.

Check the transport motor cable for damage, and replace if necessary.
