Enter the Diagnostics menu, and then navigate to:
PRINTER SETUP > Reset Engine Service Error

Enter the Diagnostics menu, and then navigate to:
Reset Image Stabilization > Restore factory toner density
Does the problem remain?
Step 3
Enter the Configuration menu, and then select Automatic Image
Stabilization. Make sure that the value is set to On.
