ELECTRIC STARTER
Grease the starting motor O-RING.
Place the STARTING MOTOR (1) in
its seat on the FLYWHEEL HALF-
CASE.
Assemble the SPACERS (1) and
SPARK COIL SUPPORT PLATE
(2).
Secure using flanged SCREWS.
WARNING!!!
TIGHTENING TORQUE 10-12Nm
Place the THERMOSTAT in its seat.
Assemble the entire SECONDARY
AIR UNIT and the THERMOSTAT
COVER (1).
Secure with screws.
TIGHTENING TORQUE 10-11 Nm.
Assemble the H
O THERMISTOR (2).

TIGHTENING TORQUE 8-9 Nm.
Connect the SMALL SECONDARY
AIR PIPE (3) to the carburettor and
fasten it with a clamp.
Fasten the LARGE SECONDARY AIR
PIPE (4) to the head using screws.
(ASSEMBLE THE GASKET)
TIGHTENING TORQUE 10-11 Nm.
DEMARRAGE ELECTRIQUE
Graisser le JOINT TORIQUE DU
démarreur.
Introduire le DÉMARREUR (1) dans
son logement sur le SEMI-CARTER
DU VOLANT.
Monter LES ENTRETOISES(1) et LA
PLAQUETTE SUPPORT BOBINE
(2). Visser avec une VIS à tête
bridée.
ATTENTION !
COUPLE DE SERRAGE 10-12 Nm
Introduisez le THERMOSTAT dans son
logement.
MONTEZ LE GROUPE D'AIR
SECONDAIRE ET LE COUVERCLE
DU THERMOSTAT (1).
Fixez avec les vis.
COUPLE DE SERRAGE 10-11 Nm.
Montez le THERMISTOR H
COUPLE DE SERRAGE 8-9 Nm.
Assemblez le CAPILLAIRE AIR
SECONDAIRE (3) au carburateur et
fixez-le avec le collier.
Fixez le TUYAU AIR SECONDAIRE (4)
à la culasse avec des vis. (MONTEZ
LE JOINT).
COUPLE DE SERRAGE 10-11 Nm.

ARRANQUE ELECTRICO
Engrasar OR motor arranque
Insertar MOTOR (1) en el asiento en
SEMICARTER VOLANTE
Montar ESPACIADORES (1) y
PLAQUETA SOPORTE BOBINA (2).
Apretar con TORNILLOS cabeza
bridada.
PAR DE APRIETE 10-12 Nm
Poner TERMOSTATO en su sitio.
Montar GRUPO AIRE SECUNDARIO
completo y TAPA TERMOSTATO (1).
Apretar con tornillos.
PAR DE APRIETE 10-11 Nm.
O (2).
Montar TERMISTOR H

PAR DE APRIETE 8-9 Nm.
Conectar
SECUNDARIO (3) al carburador y
fijarlo con abrazadera.
Fijar TUBO AIRE SECUNDARIO (4) a
la culata con tornillos. (MONTAR
JUNTA)
PAR DE APRIETE 10-11 Nm.
¡ATENCION!
