THE LOW BEAM DOES NOT
WORK
A) Check the light (12V x 35W)
and/or the light holder.
B) Check the tension in the front
light harness (F. 34):
- Connect the tester in (DC 20V):
- Tester terminal (+) → white/light
blue cable
- Tester terminal (-) → black cable
- Turn the commutator key on
"ON".
- Position the light switch on the
symbol (
) (right commutator)
- Position the light switch (left
commutator) on the symbol (LO)
(low beam)
- The measured voltage must be
12 Volt.
- According to the specification:
find out where the damage is in
the white/light blue cable or in
the black cable of the front light
harness and repair it (see wiring
diagram).
- Out of specification: continue
searching.
C) Check light switch of the left
commutator
- Disconnect the 9-way connector
of the left commutator and con-
nect the OHM-tester as follow:
- Tester terminal (+) → yellow/
black cable
- Tester terminal (-) → white/light
blue cable
- Position the switch on (LO)
- No continuity: replace the left
commutator.
- Continuity: continue searching.
D) Check continuity in the white/light
blue cable.
- Connect the tester in OHM:
- Tester terminal (+) → white/
light blue cable
(front light connector.)
- Tester terminal (-) → white/light
blue cable
(connector of the left commutator)
- No continuity: the white/light
blue cable is damaged. Repair it
(see wiring diagram).
- Continuity: the black cable of the
front light 2-way connector is
damaged (no ground). Repair it
by making a bridge between the
black cable of the light connector
and a ground on the frame.

PAS
A) Contrôler l'ampoule (12V x
35W) et/ou la douille
B) Contrôler la tension au câblage
du feu avant (F. 34) :
- Connecter le testeur en (CC 20V):
- Borne (+) testeur → câble blanc/
blue clair
- Borne (-) testeur → câble noir
- Tourner la clef du démarreur sur
"ON".
- Mettre l'interrupteur feux sur le
symbole (
) (commutateur
droit)
- Mettre le bouton de déviation feux
(commutateur gauche) sur le sym-
bole (LO) (code)
- La tension trouvée doit être de
12 Volts.
- Conforme aux indications : trouver
l'interruption du câble blanc/bleu
ou du câble noir du câblage du
feu avant et réparer (voir schéma
électrique).
- Valeurs non conforme aux
indications : poursuivre la
recherche.
C) Contrôle de la touche feu du com-
mutateur gauche
- Déconnecter le connecteur à 9
voies du commutateur gauche et
connecter le testeur en OHM
comme suit :
- Borne (+) testeur → câble jaune/
noir
- Borne (-) testeur → câble blanc/
blue clair
- Mettre la touche sur (LO)
- Pas de continuité : changer le
commutateur gauche.
- Continuité :
poursuivre
recherche.
D) Contrôler la continuité du câble
blanc/bleu
- Connecter le testeur en OHM:
- Borne (+) testeur → câble
blanc/blue clair
(connecteur comm. gauche)
- Borne (-) testeur → câble blanc/
blue clair
(connecteur feu avant)
- Pas de continuité : câble blanc/
bleu interrompu. Réparer (voir
schéma électrique).
- Continuité : câble noir du
connecteur à 2 voies feu avant est
interrompu (absence masse).
Réparer en créant un pont entre
le câble noir du connecteur feu
et un point à masse du châssis.

LAS LUCES DE CRUCE NO
SE ENCIENDEN
A) Controlar la lámpara (12Vx35W)
y/o el portalámpara
B) Comprobar la tensión al cableado
del faro delantero (F. 34):
- Conectar el tester en (DC 20V):
- Terminal (+) tester → cable
blanco/azul
- Terminal (-) tester → cable
negro
- Girar la llave del conmutador
hasta "ON".
- Colocar el interruptor luces sobre
el símbolo (
derecho)
- Colocar el botón de desviación luces
(conmutador izquierdo) sobre el
símbolo (LO) (luces de cruce)
- La tensión medida tiene que
corresponder a 12 voltios.
- Valores iguales a los especificados:
localizar la interrupción del cable blan-
co/celeste o del cable negro del ca-
bleado del faro delantero y reparar
(véase esquema eléctrico).
- Valores diferentes a los
especificados: continuar la
búsqueda.
C) Control botón luces del conmuta-
dor izquierdo
- Desconectar el conector de 9 vías
del conmutador izquierdo y conectar
el tester en posición OHM de la
manera siguiente:
- Terminal (+) tester → cable
amarillo/negro
- Terminal (-) tester → cable
blanco/azul
- Colocar el botón en (LO)
- No hay continuidad: sustituir el
conmutador izquierdo.
la
- Hay continuidad: continuar la
búsqueda.
D) Comprobar la continuidad del cable
blanco /celeste
- Conectar el tester en OHM:
- Terminal (+) tester → cable blan-
co/celeste (conector faro del.)
- Terminal (-) tester → cable blan-
co/celeste (conector conm. izq)
- No hay continuidad: cable blanco/
celeste interrumpido. Reparar
(véase esquema eléctrico).
- Hay continuidad: cable negro del
conector de 2 vías del faro delantero
interrumpido (falta masa). Reparar
creando un puente entre el cable
negro del conector faro y un punto
de contacto a masa del chasis.
