Before the CYLINDER makes
contact, assemble the FIXED
SHOE with rubber support pad. Fit
the SHOE (1) into its seat on the
FLYWHEEL HALF-CASE.
The cog on the SHOE shown in the
photo should fit into the special seat
on the CYLINDER.
Bring the CYLINDER into contact
with the part.
Check the position of the CHAIN on
the PINION.
Assemble the NUTS on the STUD
BOLTS M6 to prevent the FIXED
SHOE from sliding off.
WARNING!!!
DO NOT TIGHTEN
Assemble the LOCATING PINS (1)
on the CYLINDER.
Assemble the HEAD CYLINDER
GASKET (2) so that the print "TP"
remains visible.
Assemble the pre-assembled HEAD
(1) making sure that the CHAIN (2)
fits into its seat.
WARNING!!!
THE FIXED SHOE
Avant de monter le CYLINDRE,
en contact, monter le PATIN FIXE et
son joint de soutien. Encastrer le
PATIN (1) dans son logement sur le
SEMI-CARTER DU VOLANT.
La dent du PATIN indiquée sur la
photo doit s'encastrer dans son
logement sur le CYLINDRE.
Monter le cylindre en vérifiant son
contact.
Vérifier la position de la CHAÎNE SUR
LE PIGNON.
Monter les ÉCROUS SUR LES
GOUJONS M6 pour empêcher la
sortie du PATIN FIXE.
ATTENTION !
NE PAS VISSER.
Monter les GOUJONS DE REPÈRE
(1) sur le CYLINDRE.
Monter le JOINT DE CULASSE (2)
avec l'indication "TP" apparente.
Introduire la CULASSE PRÉMONTÉE
(1) en faisant passer la
(2) dans le logement prévu à cet effet.
ATTENTION !
CONTRÔLER LA POSITION DE LA
CHAÎNE ET DU PATIN FIXE.

Antes de poner el CILINDRO a tope,
montar
correspondiente goma de sostén.
Encastrar PATIN (1) en el asiento en
SEMICARTER VOLANTE.
El diente del PATIN indicado en la foto
debe encajar en hueco previsto en
CILINDRO.
Poner el CILINDRO a tope.
Controlar correcta posición de la
CADENA en PIÑON
Montar
PRISIONEROS M6 para evitar la
salida del PATIN FIJO
NO APRETAR
Montar
REFERENCIA (1) en CILINDRO
Montar GUARNICION CILINDRO
CULATA (2) con letras "TP" a la vista
Insertar CULATA PREMONTADA (1)
CHAÎNE
haciendo pasar la CADENA (2) por
el paso previsto.
CONTROLAR
POSICIÓN DE LA CADENA Y DEL
PATÍN FIJO
PATIN FIJO más
