ASSEMBLING THE TIMING
SYSTEM
Assemble the MOBILE SHOE (1)
including the BUSH (2) and secure
using a flathead SCREW (3)
WARNING!!!
TIGHTENING TORQUE 10-12Nm. +
LOXEAL 83/54
Assemble the TIMING PINION PIN
(1) on the DRIVING SHAFT.
Assemble the TIMING PINION (1)
using the pin for reference
Assemble the TIMING CHAIN (2).
Fit the PERFORATED WASHER (1)
and the STARTING GEAR BUSH (2)
onto the driving shaft.
Once the bush is in place insert the
NOTCHED WASHER (3): make sure
that it stays on the outer diameter of
the bushing.
Grease the outer diameter of the BUSH
(2).
ASSEMBLAGE DU GROUPE
DE DISTRIBUTION
Monter le PATIN MOBILE (1) avec la
DOUILLE (2) et visser avec des VIS
(3) à tête évasée.
ATTENTION !
COUPLE DE SERRAGE 10-12 Nm
+ LOXEAL 83/54
Monter L'AIGUILLE POUR LE
PIGNON DE DISTRIBUTION (1) sur
L'ARBRE MOTEUR.
Monter
LE
PIGNON
DISTRIBUTION (1) par rapport à
l'aiguille.
Monter
la
CHAÎNE
DISTRIBUTION (2).
Introduire
la
RONDELLE
PERFORÉE (1) et la DOUILLE DE
L'ENGRENAGE DE DÉMARRAGE
(2) SUR L'ARBRE MOTEUR.
MONTER ENSUITE LA RONDELLE
DENTÉE.
Vérifiez si elle reste sur le diamètre
externe de la douille.
Graisser la surface externe de la
DOUILLE (2).

ENSAMBLADO
DISTRIBUCION
Montar PATIN MOVIL (1) completo
de CASQUILLO (2) y apretar con
TORNILLOS (3) cabeza avellanada
¡ATENCION!
PAR DE APRIETE 10-12 Nm +
LOXEAL 83/54
Montar RODILLO PARA PIÑON
DISTRIBUCIÓN (1) en EJE MOTOR
DE
Montar PIÑON DISTRIBUCION (1)
referido a rodillo.
Montar CADENA DISTRIBUCION
DE
(2)
Insertar en eje motor ARANDELA
PERFORADA (1) y CASQUILLO
ENGRANAJE ARRANQUE (2).
Con casquillo montado insertar
ARANDELA DENTADA (3).
Comprobar que quede en el diámetro
exterior del casquillo.
Engrasar
diámetro
CASQUILLO (2)
GRUPO
