Assemble the CENTRING FRAME
(1) and the SUPPORT (2) using the
centring dowels for reference and
secure using flanged SCREWS.
WARNING!!!
TIGHTENING TORQUE 10-12Nm
TIGHTEN THE CENTRING FRAME
FIRST
Assemble the SPRING in its seat
on the CHAIN TENSIONER
housing and secure with SCREW
(1) and washer.
WARNING!!!
TIGHTENING TORQUE 7-8Nm.
Tune the VALVES.
WARNING!!!
INTAKE CLEARANCE 0.1mm
EXHAUST CLEARANCE 0.2mm
Assemble the GASKET (1) on the
HEAD HOUSING.
Monter la STRUCTURE (1) et LE
SUPPORT (2) par rapport aux
goujons de centrage et visser avec
des VIS à tête bridée.
ATTENTION !
COUPLE DE SERRAGE 10-12 Nm
FIXER D'ABORD LA STRUCTURE.
Monter le RESSORT dans son
logement avec le corps du TENDEUR
DE CHAÎNE et fixer avec la VIS (1)
et la rondelle.
ATTENTION !
COUPLE DE SERRAGE 7-8 Nm.
Régler les SOUPAPES.
ATTENTION !
ADMISSION
JEU
ÉCHAPPEMENT JEU 0.2 mm
Monter le JOINT (1) sur le
COUVERCLE DE LA CULASSE.

Montar
SOPORTE (2) referidos a espigas de
centrado y apretar con TORNILLOS
cabeza bridada
PAR DE APRIETE 10-12 Nm
APRETAR PRIMERO CASTILLETE.
Montar MUELLE en el asiento de
cuerpo TENSACADENA y apretar
con TORNILLOS (1) completos de
arandela.
PAR DE APRIETE 7-8 Nm.
Registrar VALVULAS
0.1
mm
ADMISIAN JUEGO 0.1 mm
ESCAPE JUEGO 0.2 mm
Montar GUARNICIÓN (1) en TAPA
CULATA
CASTILLETE
