THE RADIATOR'S FAN
DOES NOT WORK
A) Check the 7,5 Ah fuse, if
efficient carry on checking.
B) Check the fan rotator (F. 24)
- Disconnect the connector of the
fan and directly supply current by
means of a battery (12 Volt)
- cable (+) Battery → red
cable
- cable (-) Battery → black
cable
- The fan does not work : replace it
- The fan works : continue searching.
C) Check the thermic switch
(86 ± 3°C)
- Disconnect the terminals of the
two yellow cables (F. 25) from the
thermic switch
- Make a bridge between the two
yellow cables
- Turn the commutator key on
"ON".
- The fan works: replace the thermic
switch
- The fan does not work: continue
searching.
D) Check the ground in the black
cable of the harness two-way
connector:
- Connect the tester in OHM
(F. 26):
- Tester terminal (+) → black
cable
- Tester terminal (-) → terminal
grounded to frame.
- No continuity: the black cable is
damaged: repair it by making a
bridge between the black cable of
the harness two-way connector
and a ground on the frame.
- Continuity: continue searching.
LE ROTOR DE VENTILATION
DU RADIATEUR NE
MARCHE PAS
A) Contrôler le fusible de 7,5 Ah. S'il
marche, poursuivre la recherche.
B) Contrôle du moteur du rotor
de ventilation (F. 24)
- Déconnecter le connecteur du rotor
de ventilation et amener directement
le courant par l'intermédiaire d'une
batterie (12 Volt)
- cable (+) batterie → câble
rouge
- cable (-) batterie → câble noir
- Le rotor de ventilation ne marche
pas : le changer
- Le rotor de ventilation marche :
poursuivre la recherche.
C) Contrôle de l'interrupteur
thermique (86 ± 3°C)
- Déconnecter les cosses des deux
câbles jaunes (F. 25) de
l'interrupteur thermique
- Créer un pont entre les deux câbles
jaunes
- Tourner la clef du démarreur sur
"ON".
- Le rotor de ventilation marche :
changer l'interrupteur thermique
- Le rotor de ventilation ne marche
pas : poursuivre la recherche.
D) Contrôle de masse au câble noir
du connecteur à deux voies du câ-
blage :
- Connecter le testeur en OHM
(F. 26):
- Borne (+) testeur → câble
noir
- Borne (-) testeur → cosse à
masse châssis.
- Pas de continuité : câble noir
interrompu : réparer en créant un
pont entre le câble noir du
connecteur à 2 voies du câblage
et un point à masse du châssis.
- Continuité : poursuivre la
recherche.

EL VENTILADOR DEL
RADIADOR NO FUNCIONA
A) Controlar el fusible de 7,5 Ah,
si funciona proseguir con la
búsqueda.
B) Control motor ventilador (F. 24)
- Desconectar el conector del
ventilador y suministrar directa-
mente corriente mediante una
batería (12 Voltios)
- terminal (+) batería → cable
rojo
- terminal (-) batería → cable
negro
- Ventilador no funciona : sustituir
- Ventilador funciona : continuar la
búsqueda.
C) Control interruptor térmico
(86 ± 3°C)
- Desconectar los bornes de los dos
cables amarillos (F. 25) del
interruptor térmico
- Crear un puente entre los dos
cables amarillos
- Girar la llave del conmutador
hasta "ON".
- Ventilador funciona: sustituir el
interruptor térmico
- Ventilador no funciona: continuar
la búsqueda.
D) Control masa al cable negro del
conector de dos vías del cableado:
- Conectar el tester en OHM
(F. 26):
- Terminal (+) tester → cable
negro
- Terminal (-) tester → terminal
en masa.
- No hay continuidad: cable
negro interrumpido: reparar
creando un puente entre el cable
negro del conector de 2 vías del
cableado y un punto de contacto
a masa del chasis.
- Hay continuidad: continuar la
búsqueda.
