Installing the Hydraulic Fluid Cooler

9. Inspect the foam seals for wear or damage and replace them if necessary.

for this procedure.
1. If previously removed, install the hydraulic fittings to the fluid cooler; refer
to
Installing the Hydraulic Fittings (SAE Straight Thread O-Ring Fittings)
(page
5–10).
2. Attach the cooler to the fan shroud. Compress the rubber clamps to secure
the cooler.
3. Connect the previously removed hydraulic hoses; refer to
Hoses and Tubes (O-Ring Face Seal Fitting) (page
4. Secure the cooler cover to the fan shroud with the previously removed
fasteners.
5. Secure the bottom of the cooler assembly to the machine frame with the
previously removed fasteners.
6. Fill the hydraulic reservoir with the appropriate hydraulic fluid; refer to the
traction unit Operator's Manual.
7. Operate the machine and check for leaks.
8. Install the operator's cushion before returning the machine to service.
