In this example, the caller and the ISP have different BACP
settings, but the ISP still governs the extra bandwidth.
Caller Setup

1. The caller requests a connection from the ISP:

2. The ISP acknowledges and grants the connection:

3. The caller requests files to be downloaded:

4. The ISP provides the requested files:

5. The ISP Demand Threshold of 60% is exceeded for the ISP
Demand Period of 10 seconds. The ISP sends a
Callback-Request to the caller with a CNum of 654321:

6. The caller acknowledges the Callback-Request and dials the
CNum to obtain the extra bandwidth:

7. The ISP provides files on both lines using the multilink
