Using Quick Setup

The BCC comes with a Quick Setup option that guides you
through the basic steps needed to set up your router. Before you
run Quick Setup, it is recommended that the ISDN line is
connected to the router, as Setup places the first call automatically
when it is completed.
Access the manager port via a Telnet or Hyperterminal session.
Once you are at any prompt, type:
bcc> setup
The Quick Setup routine is a list of questions which you must
answer to complete the setup. When Quick Setup is running, there
is no way it can be cancelled without powering off the router or
rebooting the router without saving when Quick Setup is finished.
In the table below, click on the Quick Setup procedure you
require.
