Commissioning Tool must match that of the configuration in the TIA Portal.

Displaying telegram configuration

The "Telegram configuration" screen form is part of the device configuration and is displayed
in the Inspector window.
You can open this screen form either in the project navigator or, for Startdrive S drives, also by
using direct links in the communication screen forms.

SIEMENS tele‐ Manufacturer-specific telegram.

Permits the use of the following data:
● Dynamic Servo Control (DSC)
● Torque feedforward control
● 2 position encoders (encoder 1 and encoder 2)
● 4 trace signals
SIEMENS tele‐ Manufacturer-specific telegram for PROFIdrive commu‐
gram 391 nication.
Permits the use of the following data:
● Access to onboard I/O of the CU
● Use of the control and status word of the CU
(CU_STW, CU_ZSW)
● Central measuring probe evaluation of up to 2 probes
This telegram is used by the MCU for PROFIdrive com‐
munication between the NC and DRIVE.
