Connect terminals 1D and 1R of the instrument

Using the SST (Fuel and thermometer checker) or
3 resistor, input 20 ohms between instrument cluster
terminals 1D and 1R.
Using the SST (Fuel and thermometer checker) or
4 resistor, input 60 ohms between instrument cluster
terminals 1D and 1R.
