19.Instrument Panel Lower Cov-
er
A: REMOVAL
1) Disconnect the ground cable from battery.
2) Remove the front door inside scuff plate (A) and
front pillar lower trim (B) in the driver's side. <Ref.
to EI-60, REMOVAL, Lower Inner Trim.>

3) Remove the clips, and remove the instrument
panel lower cover under.
4) Loosen the screw (A), disconnect the connec-
tors, and remove the instrument panel lower cover
upper.

B: INSTALLATION
Install in the reverse order of removal.
